New customers often have questions about my business policies, terms, etc. 

I’ve listed the most frequently asked general questions here. Questions specific to session type are listed on those pages and please, feel free to contact me with any other queries. 

Q. Is it true that I have to buy prints of my images from you?

A. In most cases, yes. I sometimes offer petite sessions that include digital files only but in most cases, all of my sessions include printed products of some form. This is because it’s extremely important for me to deliver an actual product to my customers. 

Q. Can I buy my digital files, too?

A. All of my sessions are priced to include printed portrait products. Digital files are typically included free. The delivery method of the digital files may be an additional charge depending on the method you choose (download or USB, etc.)   

Q. What is your session minimum investment?

A. Except for petite sessions which are priced individually according to the event theme, the minimum session investment is $400 including the session fee of $100. 

Q. Do you post session sneak peeks? 

A. When the minimum purchase amount is paid up front and you have signed a model release form, I will post sneak peeks prior to your session viewing. Otherwise I don’t post session previews until after your viewing appointment has been completed. 

Q. Do you offer family photo sessions? 

A. It depends on the size of your family. My studio is small so family sessions with more than 2 adults are only offered seasonally as the weather permits for outdoor photography. You can contact me for more information.
